Welcome! The goal of the Financial Aid Office is to assist you and your family in securing the resources necessary to fund your education. The Financial Aid Office is responsible for administering traditional federal and state financial aid programs including grants, loans, and work-study. Students who need or are entitled to financial assistance for attendance at Richland Community College will find help in the Financial Aid Office.
Students should apply for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Many programs administered by the Financial Aid Office have limited funds. Students who apply early have a much better chance of obtaining all the assistance for which they might be eligible. Most federal and state programs require students to be enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester.
