The TCCI EV + Energy STEM Workforce Academy isn’t just a production site—it’s a learning and innovation ecosystem.
Students are exposed to the full cycle of engineering from control board manufacturing to HVAC system prototyping. Our courses also integrate AI diagnostics, sensor technologies, and simulation-based design.
The AES program even includes macro/microeconomics, modern physics, and systems modeling to ensure students are not only prepared to work in “green jobs.” They will have a broad technical education to thrive in a changing economy.
