Your Gifts Power the Future for Richland Students!

Through the Richland Employee Campaign, we come together as a community to make a meaningful impact on our students, our community, and our college. This campaign embodies the collective power of giving, driven by those who care most about Richland- our dedicated faculty and staff.

Since 2018, our Richland family has contributed over $190,000, making a powerful difference in the lives of our students and the strength of our college. This year, with your help, we’re ready to break the $200,000 mark!

Goals

This year, our goal is to reach 60% Full-Time Staff & Faculty participation in the campaign and raise $30,000 to support students!

Incentives

Your generosity deserves to be celebrated! When you give through the Employee Giving Campaign, you’re not only making a difference—you’re joining a campus-wide movement that powers the future for our students.

To show our appreciation, employees who participate in the campaign will be entered into special drawings and receive recognition for their commitment to Richland’s mission. These incentives are our way of saying thank you!

Teena Zindel-McWilliams

The heart of Richland’s mission is grounded in the contributions of knowledge, time, and donations of its employees. I started my giving history when I was a part-time employee because even then I knew that I could make a difference, no matter the size of my gift. That philosophy has not changed forty-plus years laver, although the size of my gift has.
