Richland Community College is giving the community a look behind the curtain with their new podcast: The Sprout.
With new episodes released every Monday through May 2026, the podcast highlights the many ways Richland Community College is bringing redemption and innovation through education. Each episode is a casual conversation between the host, Cassie Ndembe, and the many people creating change or are experiencing growth through Richland.
Upcoming topics include how educational options are shifting to meet the needs of the community, innovation in clean energy, the increased emphasis on breaking educational barriers through scholarships and programs like EnRich, and much more. The conversations explore how seeds of hope and progress—planted through years of intentional investment in our community—are now beginning to take root and sprout.
