The virtual event is scheduled for Saturday, March 27, 2021. The event will feature a culinary cook-a-long with step-by-step instructions led by Chef Brian Tucker while supporting scholarships for Richland Culinary Students.
Each guest will pick up a Culinary Bash Box filled with ingredients to serve 2. The event will be hosted on Youtube Live.
The guided cooking demonstration will take place at 6 pm with a toast and the program at 7 pm.
The menu will include Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette, Sautéed Veal with Mushroom Ragout, Creamy Parmesan & Prosciutto Risotto and Roasted Broccolini, and Apple and Pear Crostata with Spiced Whipped Cream. There will also be a vegetarian option available.

Culinary Bash Box Pick-Up will be held on Saturday, March 27 from 12-3 pm at Bistro 537. More details, including the private YOUTUBE LIVE™ link, will be emailed to guests closer to the event.
