Foundation Wish List Form

I acknowledge that submitting this request does not guarantee placement on the Richland Community College Foundation Wish List, and that being placed on the Wish List does not guarantee funding. I understand that all requests will be reviewed by the Richland Community College Foundation and that additional information may be requested.

If funding is approved, I agree to work with my supervisor and the Foundation to coordinate the appropriate use and purchasing of funds in accordance with College policies and procedures. I also understand that the Foundation may request updates, photos, or brief impact information to share with donors and demonstrate how their support benefits Richland students.
