Academic Success Center - Testing Center
The Testing Center, located in S117, provides testing services for placement in English, mathematics, and health courses. Proctors also administer CLEP, Prometrics, LSAT, Nelson Denny, proficiency tests, correspondence tests from other universities, make-up tests for classes with the permission of the instructor, GED practice and Constitution tests.
Students taking exams for Internet-based courses should be aware that instructors often require students to complete exams in a supervised setting by prior arrangement with the instructor and Testing Center. Be aware of an individual instructor's requirements.
Students using Richland Community College's Testing Center must have photo identification, know the instructor's name and course number, and allow sufficient time to complete the exam before the office closes. Also, time frames established by the instructor will be strictly adhered to.
