Technical Services

The Technical Services staff provides support for all computers in classrooms and offices on campus and in the extension offices, and maintains the College network and website. 

For both emergency & non-emergency support, use the following extensions:

  • Daytime (Mon-Fri / 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM): 552
  • Evening (Mon-Fri / 4:30 PM - 9:00 PM): 571 or 552
  • Weekends: 552

Please avoid calling members of the Technical Services staff directly to request technical assistance. If you leave a voicemail message for someone who is on vacation, the other members of the Technical Services staff have no way of knowing that you need assistance. Whomever answers extension 552 has the ability to dispatch any (or all) of the department to respond to a problem.
