The Technical Services staff provides support for all College computers and audio/visual equipment in classrooms and offices on campus and in the extension offices, and maintains the College network.

For emergency support, please call x6552. After-hours calls will be forwarded to on-call support staff.
For non-emergency support, please email email@example.com. You are also welcome to call x6552 for non-emergency issues.
Please avoid calling members of the Technical Services staff directly to request technical assistance. If you leave a voicemail message for someone who is on vacation, the other members of the Technical Services staff have no way of knowing that you need assistance. Whomever answers x6552 has the ability to dispatch any (or all) of the department to respond to a problem.
