Students and Staff, we will be offering Richland COVID Vaccine Clinics for Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. Please enter in the main doors near the flag poles and proceed to the Cafe area.

Students (enrolled for fall 2021) who receive the vaccine at the clinic (or show their vaccine card, fully vaccinated) will receive a $50 credit to the Cafe.
Fully vaccinated employees will receive a $25 credit to the Cafe.
Pfizer First Dose at Richland for ages 12+
Please arrive promptly at your appointment time and no more than 5 minutes sooner. Once you have successfully scheduled your appointment you will receive a confirmation and be able to print out a “ticket” for your appointment. Please print and bring your ticket with you to your appointment. If you are unable to print it, you will still be admitted. However, if you do not receive a confirmation email, you do not have a confirmed appointment and will be turned away.
Please bring a copy of your insurance card if possible and completed paperwork to expedite your wait. Consent form can be found on our website at maconcountyhealth.org. If you are unable to complete and print forms, they will be available onsite.
Please plan on spending 45 minutes – 1 hour for appointment time.
This clinic will be located at Richland Community College near the Main Entrance (at the flag poles).
PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT IF 12 TO 17 YEARS OLD. If someone other than a parent or legal guardian is planning to bring the child, the Permission/Proxy Form will need to be filled out and signed by the parent or legal guardian. Pregnant or lactation patients will need a note from physician
If you have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees or are experiencing any symptoms or signs of illness, do not attend the clinic.
