For students desiring additional time to meet their educational expenses, Richland Community College is pleased to offer an online payment plan through Nelnet Business Solutions. This is a convenient budget plan for managing tuition and fees. This is not a loan program; therefore you have no debt and there are no interest or finance charges.

  • $30 enrollment fee per semester for budget payment
  • $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment

Account Status

  • Access your  account status by clicking the Manage Your Payment Plan icon at right
  • You will need the information on the confirmation letter you received when your account was established
