When a student withdraws from all classes or graduates steps will be taken to change the student’s library borrowing status to local borrower. This will change both the patron’s borrowing privileges at the Richland library and remove their universal borrowing status in the I-Share system. If the patron re-enrolls in classes, their status in the library system will change within 24 hours of registration.
