Through the Richland Employee Campaign, we come together as a community to make a meaningful impact on our students, our community, and our college. This campaign embodies the collective power of giving, driven by those who care most about Richland – our dedicated faculty and staff.

Since our inaugural campaign in 2018, our employees have achieved remarkable success, collectively raising over $135,000. Through the Power of Giving, we have made a lasting impact on the lives of our students, our community, and the college itself. Your generosity has been instrumental in helping us support those in need, promote education, and drive positive change!

We are excited to announce some additions to the 2023 Employee Campaign where we will once again combine the efforts of the Richland Foundation and United Way.  We are asking every employee to help support our students & community by making a donation to the fund of their choice at Richland, United Way, or both! With your help, we will reach our campaign goal of $30,000 and 50% Participation!

Every dollar makes a positive change for our students, college & community!

Complete the payroll deduction form below, clearly indicating your giving designation. All or a portion of your donation can be designated to the Greatest Needs of the College, Student Assistance Fund, Investing in the Future Scholarship Fund, Project Read Plus, The Pantry at Richland, a program or fund of your choice, or the United Way. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

  • Please indicate your designation(s) below. If you select more than one designation, please indicate designation and amount it in the special instructions below. Amount(s) per designation must add up to the total per pay period amount. The amounts you allocate to each designation should be in whole-dollar increments.
  • Please select the number of pay periods to divide the gift. You can choose a one-time deduction from a single paycheck, or divide it up to 26 pay periods.

Once we receive your payroll deduction form, you will receive a confirmation stating the amount and designation. You will receive a receipt for your 2024 contributions in January 2025.
