What we recognize is the uniqueness of a program that focuses specifically on the needs of the people, families and employers in our community. Our goal has and continues to be to serve as a bridge from unemployment to employment, from underemployed to self-sustaining employment and from employers experiencing a deficiency in finding employees to access to a skilled labor force. Here are a few of the highlights of EnRich’s work.
