On March 21 journey on a trip with the Culinary Arts Institute and take a bite from the Big Apple. Travel along with us as we share our favorite dishes from New York City. As part of Richland’s Project Based Learning Initiative, the students have been responsible for the planning and execution of this meal and event. There will be opportunities at the event to support our Culinary Arts Institute students. We hope you join us for an unforgettable evening.
