Ways to Support Richland

Here are some ideas of ways alumni and friends can support Richland Community College.

Alumni Benefits

Once you have graduated from Richland, you have many reasons to return to campus. Many of the facilities and services that were available to you as a student are still available to you as a Richland Alumni.

Alumni are always welcome to return to campus! Come over and have lunch at MJ’s Grille or shop at the Richland Bookstore. You can browse in the library and take advantage of your privileges or enjoy an event. Your connections to Richland do not end when you graduate.

Alumni Awards

Distinguished Alumnus Award

The Illinois Community College Trustees Association sponsors the Distinguished Alumnus Award each year. All community colleges in the state of Illinois submit their local winners to be considered for these statewide awards. The Distinguished Alumnus Award recognizes the many success stories of Illinois' community college graduates. Nominees must have completed a recognized program of instruction at an Illinois public community college more than 5 years ago.

Richland Alumni Relations Office

The Richland Community College Alumni Development Office encourages anyone who has graduated from Richland, has taken one or many courses, or just wants to join as a friend to reconnect to Richland Community College. Currently, there are over 100,000 alumni who we would like to reconnect to their Richland Community College beginnings.
