Voter registration requirements in Illinois

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be at least 18 years of age by election day
  • Must have been a resident of the precinct at least 30 days prior to election day

You can register to vote at Richland Community College. Voter registration forms are available in Student Services, room C129. In addition to Richland, you may also register at these locations.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and its accompanying regulations establishes the rights of students, including rights pertaining to their educational records.
