Comprehensive Annual Financial Report & Audits
The College's financial reports are prepared in accordance with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) principles, which establish standards for external financial reporting for public colleges and universities. These standards also require that financial statements be presented on a consolidated basis to focus on the College as a whole.
Vice President of Academic Services
The Vice President of Academic Services serves as the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and Chief Student Services Officer (CSSO) for the College.
Vice President of Finance and Administration
The Vice President of Finance and Administration serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as the District treasurer. The Vice President provides counsel to the President and other administrative staff for all College financial concerns, capital and construction planning, and other business operations of the College. Finance and Administration is responsible for, and provides direction on, all accounting, budgeting, and financial matters, including operations, maintenance, and human resources.
Richland Community College Budget
The Annual Budget serves as the financial plan for all funds of the College. We believe the budget information shows the College’s progress on achieving future financial goals and strategic plans.
