The mission of Richland Community College's Student Learning Center is to address students' individual needs, enhance academic performance, and offer support services for the learning process.
The Student Learning Center (SLC) offers free tutoring to students who may need help with classes or programs. Faculty encourage and sometimes require their students to use the Student Learning Center in all or some of the following areas: faculty and peer tutoring, applied learning skills, computer center and the testing center.
Study group schedules, with time and location, are posted in Room S118. E-mail review of papers is done on a limited basis. Contact Debbie LaFleur, (217) 875-7211, Ext. 309 before sending any attachments.
