Applied Learning Skills

The Student Learning Center offers an Applied Learning Skills (ALS) program which offers one-credit courses designed to supplement existing college courses in math, reading, writing, English as a Second Language and science. These courses may be taken as a review before enrolling in a course, as a support while in a course or as a bridge between courses. ALS modules are designed for independent, motivated students. Courses are listed in the Class Schedule for each semester. Contact the SLC for more information or to register.
