Accounting Technician
This part-time position carries out general clerical duties required to accomplish general bookkeeping and cashiering functions. Minimum requirements: High School graduation or equivalent and six months experience in accounting support, or high school accounting coursework. One year of accounting, collection, cashiering, or teller experience preferred.

Director of Human Resources
This full time position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of five years experience at the department director level. Knowledgeable of EEO laws and general human resource’s concepts. Masters degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business or related field and/or PHR Certification preferred. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resource functions including but not limited to: position control, employee relations, workforce development, recruiting and retention, performance management and recognition, compliance, compensation, orientation, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws. Required to successfully lead and partner with employees, administration, and faculty to achieve a high degree of employee effectiveness and satisfaction.

Registrar
The Registrar is responsible for directing the activities of the College pertaining to student registration, processing of applications, records maintenance, residency verification, and related functions. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s Degree is preferred. The position requires three to five years of related experience, including applicable administrative, supervisory, and regulatory compliance experience. Knowledge of student advisement and community college programming is preferred. The position requires solid computer and related database skills, along with strong interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

Creative Marketing Specialist
This full time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with five years of creative art and design experience. Proficiency with Mac-based platforms for graphics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience in leading a creative team in branding and graphics initiatives is required. Experience with college branding, website design, and advertising agency experience is beneficial.
Graphic Designer
This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, along with related graphics design experience. Proficiency with Mac-based platforms for graphics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Photography experience is required. Knowledge of the printing industry, web design experience, and advertising agency experience is beneficial.
Network Administrator I
The Network Administrator I is responsible for monitoring the network infrastructure and servers of the College, and performing related maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The position is responsible for working to ensure related security standards are met, assisting with equipment setup for College events, and helping support the technical needs of College employees. This includes the coordination of computer lab support to students.
This full-time position requires an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field and two years experience, or the equivalent in education and experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Scheduling flexibility is required. Experience with web technologies and audiovisual equipment is preferred. This position requires excellent technical, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
