Institutional Research

The Office of Institutional Research collects and analyzes data to support decision-making, strategic planning, and assessment of student learning.

Institutional Research Data Request Form

Please fill out the Online IR Data Request Form with as much information as possible. Data requests are prioritized by the Knowledge Management Team once received. Please allow at least 10 working days for your data request to be completed.

Request for Approval of Research Form

All parties, whether internal or external, who request access to Richland students, faculty, staff, or institutional records for research purposes need to fill out the Request for Approval of Research Form. CIP Team or Divisional Surveys may be approved through an interview process through the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Planning.

Institutional and External Sources of Data and Reports

The Office of Institutional Research gathers both internal and external data sources in addition to relevant reports and publications that may be useful. Comments about the inclusion of other data in future publications are welcome. Contact Teena Zindel-McWilliams, Director, Institutional and Academic Planning, with any questions (ext. 6364 or tzindel@richland.edu).
