Lockout/Tagout: The Control of Hazardous Energy
Purpose
This course provides participants with an understanding of the key elements of OSHA’s Lockout/Tagout regulation. Participants need to know the reasons why OSHA promulgated the Lockout/Tagout regulation, how to identify and control hazardous energy sources, and how to identify the various tools that are used when participating in a lockout/tagout program.
