Aerial Lift Training
Purpose
This course provides information to employees whose duties require them to operate aerial
lifts (telescoping, articulating, scissors, and other vertical personnel lifts). The training
includes an evaluation of the safe operation of the specific aerial lift(s) the employee will
use at their worksite.
Topics
Participants will learn OSHA’s requirements and ANSI’s recommendations for employees
who operate aerial lifts. Topics discussed will include:
