| Description: | SURGT101 presents the basic patient care concepts, asepsis, and the surgical environment. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of surgical procedural techniques. A basic survey of pharmacology and its application in surgery are discussed. This course includes classroom and laboratory instruction with observational clinical experiences in the operating room. |
