PSYCH220 - Psychology of Death and Dying

Description:PSYCH220 examines the psychological aspects of death and the dying process by focusing on the existential problem of dying and on the interaction between the dying person and the significant figures during the last phase of one's own death and the deaths of others, including an evaluation of some of the methods of dealing with the dying patient. It investigates the psychological dynamics involved in those who are left behind (the bereaved) by the dying person.
