P REL100 - Human Relations

Description:P REL100 explores the fundamentals of human relations in all fields of everyday life. Study includes interpersonal relationships in both the work and home environment. The course is designed to improve the student's understanding of individual behavior and group dynamics. Topics covered include communication skills, assertiveness, setting goals, interviewing, cooperation, and handling conflict. Class activities are used to illustrate various human relations skills.
