OT 295 - Workplace Simulation & Project

Description:OT 295 is a capstone course designed to give students the opportunity to apply their technical skills and ability to work successfully in the workforce, to demonstrate learning and thinking skills, and to develop individual resourcefulness. The student will have an opportunity to work independently and as a team member on a specific project(s) under the guidance of a faculty mentor. Students must demonstrate a typing speed of 50 NWAM for five minutes with five or fewer errors to pass this course.
Credit hours:1-1-3
Prerequisite(s):sophomore standing and a minimum completion of 45 credit hours toward an OT degree, or approval from the full-time Office Technology faculty
