OT 290 - Work Experience Practicum & Seminar

Description:OT 290 provides students in the Office Technology Program the opportunity to apply principles learned in other courses to the work situation by employment in or observation of activities necessary for the student to succeed in the workplace. Student will need to work a minimum of 150 hours during the semester to receive credit for this course.
Credit hours:1-10-3
Prerequisite(s):sophomore standing and a minimum completion of 45 credit hours toward an OT degree, or approval from the full-time Office Technology faculty. Students must also pass the typing requirement of 50 NWAM for five minutes with five or fewer errors prior to taking this course
