OT 120 - Business Communications

Description:OT 120 applies standard English to business communication documents. While completing written assignments using electronics technology, students become proficient in organizing and composing business letters, memorandums, reports, and e-mail messages. The course also includes an overview of oral, interpersonal, and intercultural business communication.
