IT 290 - Work Experience Practicum

Description:IT 290 provides students in the Information Technology Program the opportunity to apply principles learned in other courses to the work situation by employment in or observation of activities necessary for the student to succeed in the workplace. Students will need to work a minimum of 150 hours during the semester to receive 3 credit hours for this course. Students wishing to enroll in this course must complete an application for enrollment and submit it to the instructor. Applications are available in the Business and Technology Division office.

Prerequisite(s):sophomore standing and a minimum completion of 45 credits hours toward an IT degree, or approval from the full-time Information Technology faculty
