IT 206 - Operating Systems Support

Description:IT 206 covers the desktop support technical role and environment, installing and updating the operating system, configuring Windows user interface, installing drivers, troubleshooting, desktop management, network, file and folder, installation, and hardware issues. This course prepares a student for the 70-271 Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) core exam.
