EMT 120 - EMT - Basic

Description:EMT 120 is based on the goals and training experiences mandated by the U.S. Department of Transportation, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, in cooperation with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Public Health Service and Health Resources and Human Services Administration. It is the Illinois Department of Public Health's approved 110-hour curriculum for training Emergency Medical Technicians.

Prerequisite(s):pass reading test, HLTH 110- CPR, or current BLS Health Care Provider CPR certification, 18 years of age, and high school diploma or GED
