EDTS 120 - Substation Apprentice 5

Description:EDTS 120 prepares students for most aspects of substation breaker maintenance and performance tests. Tasks include vacuum pump set up and operation; maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic and solenoid mechanisms; circuit breaker tests including timing, contact penetration, contact wipe or compression, breaker stroke; and high potential testing (doctor).
