DRAFT242 - Commercial Architecture

Description:DRAFT242 will enable the student to design and develop commercial buildings according to state and local codes on the CAD system. A concentration of facility design and flow, structural design, exterior and interior fa?ade, construction detailing, landscape design, electrical design, and 3D model rendering development are implemented. Offered in Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Prerequisite(s):DRAFT 210 or 215 and DRAFT 244 or equivalent industrial experience
