BUS 280 - Strategic Decision Making

Description:BUS 280 covers strategic planning and decision making with an emphasis on entrepreneurship. Topics include long and short-term planning, charting and other decision enhancement tools, total quality management, and the continuous improvement process. Students will use software to create a business plan.
