Description:BUS 102 provides an in-depth focus of the skills needed in today's banking industry to become a successful bank teller. It provides a comprehensive overview of the workings of the banking industry, the U.S. Payments System, the duties of the Federal Reserve System, and an overview of pertinent banking laws and regulations. In addition, the course explains the variety of daily transaction procedures that the position involves as well as the teller's responsibilities and delivery of quality customer service.
