Description:BIOL 106 is designed as a non-lab/non-majors course. The course examines practical aspects of selected concepts in biology and their application to life and technology. Concepts include heredity, growth, development, health, diseases of the human body, edological issues, and a brief introduction to anatomy and physiology. This course DOES NOT fulfill the prerequisite for BIOL 201 or BIOL 220.
