For students desiring additional time to meet their educational expenses, Richland Community College is pleased to offer an online payment plan through FACTS Tuition Management, a subsidiary of Nelnet Business Solutions. FACTS is a convenient budget plan for managing tuition and fees. This is not a loan program; therefore you have no debt and there are no interest or finance charges.

Cost to Participate
- $25 enrollment fee per semester for budget payment
- $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
- $25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned
How to enroll
- Click on the e-Cashier icon
- Complete the FACTS Agreement

- Student name
- Student id number
- Amount of tuition and fees
- Bank or credit card account information
- A computer with Internet access
Account Status
- Access your FACTS account status by clicking the My FACTS Account icon at right
- You will need the information on the confirmation letter you received when your account was established
