The Vice President of Student and Academic Services serves as the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) and Chief Student Services Officer (CSSO) for the College. The Vice President provides leadership and oversight for the academic, academic support, and student services areas of the College including development, approval, and implementation of courses and programs; activities related to teaching and learning; hiring, evaluation, and promotion of faculty, academic support, and student services staff; professional development of faculty, academic support, and student services staff; development and monitoring of Student and Academic Services budgets; long range planning for academic, student support, and student services; and outreach to the community. This leadership position represents the College locally, statewide, and nationally.
